Zach is the Head Coach at Soddy Daisy HS (2023-present). He previously coached at Notre Dame HS (2022-23) and Oglethorpe University (2017-2020), setting wining records at both. He served on the NCAA D-III All-American Committee and was Defensive Coordinator at Saint Ambrose University.

Patrick Wagner has coached lacrosse across Tennessee, achieving back-to-back state championships at Evangelical Christian School and serving as head coach for Boyd Buchanan, Notre Dame, Signal Mountain, and Baylor High Schools. He also founded and directs the Chattanooga Lacrosse Club, committed to expanding the sport locally, as well as co-founded Team Tennessee.

Tyler Barton, a former two-time all-state defenseman and defensive captain at Darlington School, played for the UT Chattanooga club team in college. With 15 years of coaching experience in the Chattanooga area, he currently serves as a varsity assistant for Baylor and Co-Director for the Chattanooga Lacrosse Club.

James has coached lacrosse across Chattanooga since 2015 starting with FCA Lacrosse, winning state with Soddy Daisy HS (2022), served as the Offensive Coordinator for Baylor High School, and then as an assistant coach at Tennessee Wesleyan University. He currently serves as the head coach for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Men’s team.

Conner is an assistant coach at Soddy Daisy High School (2024–Present). Before coaching, he played defense for Tennessee Wesleyan University, where he was part of the only team in program history to reach the NAIA National Tournament. Outside of coaching, Conner runs the Instagram page @Straw_Hat_Strings, where he shares lacrosse content including custom stringing, highlights, and other content. He also hosts a podcast called Stick Theory, where he interviews different strings and product developers to discover the science behind stick stringing.

Coach Thornton is the Head Coach for The McCallie School (2019-Present). He has led McCallie to three state championships. He also spent a decade as head coach for the Swiss National Lacrosse Team (2013–2023). As well as many more years of coaching experience at various institutions and clubs.

Weston Hammond is a sophomore at Roanoke College, recognized as a high school All-American and a two-time TSSAA First Team LSM. He was part of the TSSAA State Champion team at McCallie in 2022 and named Defensive Player of the Game. Weston received ODAC Rookie of the Year honors and was selected as a 2023 ODAC First Team Defender. He also earned Honorable Mention recognition as a USILA All-American in 2023.

Jetty Miller is currently an Offensive Assistant Coach for the CLC 2028’s, and a lacrosse player at the University of Montevallo, with prior experience as a captain in both lacrosse and football at McCallie, and achieving four Tennessee state championships.

Addison Irwin is a standout goalie with a decorated lacrosse career. A five-time Southern Athletic Association All-Conference Team member, he holds the NCAA record for career saves. Addison excelled at Baylor School and Oglethorpe University, setting multiple records and earning accolades such as NCAA Division 3 leader in saves per game in 2023. He continues to contribute to Chattanooga’s lacrosse community through coaching and private lessons.
